Recover Deleted Photos & Videos

Step 1: Open the Google Photos app on your Android device.
Step 2: On top, click on the icon on the left side and select the ‘Trash’ option.
Step 3: Touch and hold the photo or video you want to restore.
Step 4: After doing so, press the ‘Restore’ option.  
Your deleted photos will return to the phone’s Gallery app.

How To Lock Your Photos

Step 1: In the Google Photos app, go to the ‘Library’ to use the Locked Folder feature.
Step 2: Tap the ‘Utilities’ option.
Step 3: Then you’ll see the option of ‘Locked Folder’.
Step 4: You will be able to lock your photos and videos in this folder.
Step 5: You can lock the folder with a passcode so that no one can get access to it.
